The usual options, and why they wear out

Most remote owners default to one of three things: a favor from someone they know nearby, a full-service property manager, or just waiting until they can fly in. The favor runs out of goodwill fast. The property manager is often a monthly retainer for far more than you need for a single check. And waiting means the problem gets worse while you do nothing.
