> Qprop's property photos and videos service sends a local field agent to a property to capture interior and exterior photos and a video walkthrough on your behalf. It's used by remote investors, wholesalers, and property managers who need current visual documentation of a property they can't visit in person.

This is delivered as a Property Walkthrough. Depending on the plan you choose, a field agent photographs the interior and exterior of the property, records a video walkthrough, and adds room-by-room notes.

### How fast will I get the photos?

Report about 1 hour after the visit.

### Do I need to be there?

No. The field agent handles access according to what you set up when placing the order (for example, a lockbox), and you don't need to be present.
