> An occupancy check answers one question: does this property currently appear lived-in or empty? This is not a separate product in Qprop's catalog — a local field agent completes it for you by ordering the Property Walkthrough's Quick Exterior Check plan (a fast, exterior-only visit) or, when you need something more specific like knocking on the door, a Custom Task.

There's no "occupancy check" button in the order flow. You'll book this as a Quick Exterior Check (Property Walkthrough) or a Custom Task, and a field agent visits the address and observes signs of occupancy — mail accumulation, vehicles, lawn condition, lights, window coverings, and similar visible indicators — then reports back with photos and notes.
